Troubleshooting Shipment Errors with your Shopify Store

Is Shopify not cooperating when you try and ship out Swag from your store? Follow these troubleshooting guidelines to see if they help!

 

Issue: My shipments aren't going out

 

What could be happening: Addresses aren't submitted with complete information.

 

Fix:  you must make sure that you are requiring customers to include their first and last names as well as their complete addresses and contact information.

 
Here's how to get this set up: 
 
 

 

2. Click on Settings

4. Select "REQUIRED"

5. Click on Save

Issue: My shipments aren't going out and I've double-checked the address settings. 

 
What could be happening: You may be out of inventory and need to place a re-order for specific items.
 
Fix: If you need Shopify to remove out of stock inventory from visibility, you will need to make sure that the check box for "continue selling when out of stock" is unselected.

Issue: Shipments still aren't going out and I have inventory in stock and the address info is all correct.

 

What could be happening: You may not have enough credits on your SwagUp dashboard to ship the items.

 

Fix: You need to verify that you have sufficient credits on your dashboard.

 Here's how:

6. You'll see your available credits front and center
