New Jersey distribution hub temporarily halting operations until January 3, 2022

Expect shipping delays for orders placed December 28 through January 7th due to a temporary shutdown of our New Jersey hub

A combination of issues, including but not limited to the impact of the omicron variant, are driving operational delays. As a result of these operational issues, SwagUp will be temporarily halting services out of our New Jersey distribution hub. We expect to restart services at this location on January 3, 2022 and reach normal operations by the end of the week.

Customers should expect extraordinary delays of greater than 4-5 business days on any order placed between December 29th and January 7th.

We apologize to customers in advance for these delays. Our team is working around the clock to restart services as quickly and as safely as possible.

Winter weather and omicron variant expected to impact shipping schedules

Expect shipping and delivery delays due to a combination of issues, including but not limited to any inclement weather in some areas of the country and the impact of the omicron variant on staffing shortages across our supply chain.

We expect winter weather at our New Jersey hub, holiday schedules, as well as the omicron variant to continue to hamper our shipping and handling operations. We expect that packages shipped during the last week of December and throughout the month of January to experience delivery delays.

Customers are encouraged to plan ahead of their expected in-hand dates and manage shipments on SwagUp.com or with their account executives. While SwagUp does not currently guarantee any delivery or in-hand dates, our internal teams are working with our carrier partners to ensure we get your packages to their final destination as quickly and safely as possible.

SwagUp have prepared for a variety of scenarios and are working closely with our vast network of suppliers and carriers to minimize any disruptions to your orders.

While we make every attempt to limit the impact of COVID-19 to our product catalog and warehouse fulfillment efforts, we cannot guarantee in-hands or shipment dates.
