How do SwagUp Redeem Pages Work?

SwagUp Redeem Pages help desk article help automate collecting information and using that data to automate shipments and swag orders.

Redeem pages by SwagUp allow you to collect sizes, swag selection or addresses for recipients you plan to ship swag to. Your SwagUp Rep will help you define what information should be required of your recipients and will also assist in designing the custom redeem page.

We use your logos and brand guidelines to create a custom background, or any imagery, to make your redeem page stand out! Pro tip: If your team has specific messaging, content, or imagery, be sure to provide them to our team! Once our team has completed the design, we will provide you with a secure link to share with your recipients.

 

Here's how it works:

  1. Request Redeem page to your SwagUp Rep

  2. SwagUp creates the branded Redeem Page with your branding & messaging

  3. Our team shares a specific custom link with you.

  4. You distribute the redeem link to your recipients

  5. Information is automatically synced to SwagUp Dashboard. If you have inventory already, we can have the information automatically create shipping orders, otherwise, contact information will be imported without any shipments scheduled.
