πŸ“¦ Storing Your Swag

If you choose to store your swag (instead of shipping immediately), we secure your swag in our warehouse.


Your storage costs will depend on whether you are storing custom swag packs or bulk swag.

  • The cost for storing a custom swag pack is $4.00 per pack

  • The cost for storing bulk swag depends on the item size:
    β€” Small swag (e.g. pens, stickers) incur a storage fee of $0.10 per item
    β€” Medium swag (e.g. notebooks, shirts) incur a storage fee of $0.50 per item
    β€” Large swag (e.g. backpacks, jackets) incur a storage fee of $1.00 per item

Note: We accept 3rd party swag! Please see the chart at the end of the article for the adjusted costs. To store 3rd party swag with us, contact a Swag Expert for a shipping label.

🚚 Shipping Your Swag

Shipping swag is all done within the SwagUp Platform, ready for you whenever you are. You can ship your swag to multiple addresses, including to addresses in different countries.


A popular swag workflow our clients use is to first order their swag to store in our warehouse, then ship out swag to new hires, clients, and community members as needed. To ship swag, you will first need to add the recipient as a contact in the SwagUp Platform. This will allow you to store required shipment information like recipient's name and their shipment address.


If, instead of one-offs, you anticipate shipping several swag packs out at once, you can skip manually adding contacts one-by-one and instead upload a bulk CSV.


As long as you have swag in inventory, you can use the SwagUp Platform to ship swag! If you've just started a swag project, your swag will show up in your inventory once they are produced and available for shipping.

For domestic addresses πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

  • The cost for shipping is $12.00 per pack ($20.00 if overnight)

  • The cost for shipping an oversized swag pack is $16.00 per pack ($25.00 if overnight)

  • The cost for shipping a mailer bag pack (< 1 lb) is $8.00 per pack

For international addresses 🌏

  • The cost for shipping is $32.00 per pack ($40.00 if express)

  • The cost for shipping an oversized swag pack (+6 lbs) is $45.00 per pack ($55.00 if express)

  • The cost for shipping a mailer bag pack (< 1 lb) is $25.00 per pack


βœ… Packing Adjustments

Stuffs happens, and sometimes you need to adjust your swag packs in inventory. if you need to adjust a pack, we can help you make adjustments to your pack in our warehouse without you needing to start over/throw out swag or DIY.


General repacking costs - $4.00 per pack

If you have someone in between sizes, we recommend first checking with your Swag Expert for a sizing chart. Our Swag Experts are familiar with the various sizing and quirks between different products/brands and can help you figure out the best choice for your team. If you are still unsure, we suggest going up a size to be safe.





πŸš€ Swag Expert Tip: Want to save on shipping? Not shipping a lot of swag? Good news! The cost for shipping a mailer bag or any lightweight pack (< 1 lb) is $8.00 for domestic addresses and $25 for international addresses!
