How do I receive a refund for credits I haven’t used?

If you have unused credits in your account and you no longer want them for automatic swag shipments and/or future swag projects, you can request a refund of available credits you have. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. 


To get a refund issued, submit a request for refund.
